This is a situation that most of us have not been through before and these recent events are truly causing disruption in our communities. With so many questions coming in in regards to our service delivery and the state of each county, we have decided to post this message and is glad to inform you that Retran is at a business-as-usual state, and although most of our staff are working from home right now, there will be no service disruption and we ensure timely delivery and high quality in your data. We are also, and will always be, available from 9AM - 3:30PM to pickup or return your phone calls or you can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All banks and publication companies are business-as-usual and all of the counties are fully operational but closed to the public. All walk-in filings(and tax payments) are rejected and only payments and recordings via snail mail or digital are accepted. With most of the foreclosure documents being recorded in a digital manner, we are committed to making sure that we deliver this to you and have all the real estate data information that you need.
